Yes, we ship to all provinces and territories in Canada. Orders over $500 CAD qualify for free shipping. We also offer international shipping.
All orders are currently processed as pre-orders. Once you place your order, we begin producing your parts through our manufacturing partner — this allows us to focus on quality rather than holding large amounts of inventory.
Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your parts to be produced, followed by 2-4 business days for shipping once they're ready. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Our performance parts are CNC-machined for Softail models. Always check the Fitment tab on each product page before ordering, or contact us with your model and year to confirm compatibility.
Both finishes are made from the same 6061 billet aluminum. Our chrome is triple-plated known in the industry as 'show chrome' for a deep, mirror-like shine that lasts. Black is hard-anodized for a durable, matte finish. Performance is identical between the two it's purely a style choice.
Our parts are precision CNC-machined by trusted manufacturing partners who specialize in high-quality production. We work closely with experienced professionals including partners in Asia and North America to ensure every part meets our standards for quality, fit, and finish.
Straight risers keep the handlebars in a neutral forward position, while pullback risers angle the bars back toward the rider bringing the grips approximately 1.5 inches closer for a more relaxed riding stance. Both come in multiple rise heights.
We offer 6", 6.5", 8", 8.5", 10", and 10.5" rise options in both pullback and straight styles, available in chrome or black. Our chrome finish is triple-plated (known in the industry as 'show chrome'), and our black finish is hard-anodized for durability.

We accept returns within 30 days on unused parts in original packaging. Custom or installed parts will not be eligible – contact us for details.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
