1. Use of This Site

By accessing motiondrifters.com, you agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. Motion Drifters reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its discretion.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

3. Shipping

Orders will ship within 2 weeks. As we are currently in the pre-order phase, parts must first be produced and returned from our CNC machining factory before being sent to the customer.

4. Returns & Refunds

Unused parts in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

5. Intellectual Property

All content — including the Motion Drifters name, horse logo, product designs, photography and written content — is the property of Motion Drifters.

6. Limitation of Liability

Improper installation or use outside of listed fitment is done at the buyer's own risk. Motion Drifters is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
